Evaluating and storyboarding the presentation In this session we decided to print a hard copy of each child's slide(s) for evaluation. This was important as some of the children had become absorbed with the animation and the slides lacked any form of written description.
If you select Slides, each slide will be printed on A4. You can also choose to print 2,3 or 6 slides on one sheet. With the amendments made to the slides the children created a storyboard with the hard copies. We laid out the slides on a table and discussed their contents. Eventually we decided on the sequence of the slides.
Children can work on presentations separately and then merge the slides together when they are complete to form a single presentation. Planning the order of the slides in a final presentation is important. To merge slides into a single presentation, select Insert > Slides from File... The Slide Finder will open. Browse to select the presentations the children have saved. You can select individual slides from within presentations to add to your final piece.

Each child saved their work onto a floppy disk or the shared area of the network, so that we could bring the slides together to form one presentation.
