What is Making the News?

Making the News is an internet news station for schools that allows pupils and teachers to publish news in minutes in different formats including video, text, images and audio.

Staff can upload and publish stories directly; pupils compose and upload stories for staff approval - and staff make the decision to publish. Staff administrators log in using their preferred email address and a password.

How to get you own space on Making the News

Registering your school is simple . (Please note you will need your school's DfES number)

Schools in Kent should register with SEGfL as their region.
