For Schools with Softease Studio
Easiteach 'Add-On' or Upgrade from Softease Studio to Easiteach Studio is available.  It is for Schools who already have Textease Studio/Plus or Spreadsheet and Database.  It is £170 for the First User Licence, plus £35 per Additional User Licence.

RM Easiteach Studio

RM Easiteach Studio™ is whiteboard functional software that adds value to any brand of whiteboard whether interactive or not. Easiteach Studio, gives you immediate access to even more power for building interactive lessons across the curriculum: photos, graphics and multimedia resources, spreadsheets and databases, and the ability to incorporate text, video and flash files and animations. Powerful on-screen manipulation and navigation tools let you design, edit and revisit your lessons.

Note: Each RM ClassBoard and SMART Board purchased from RM includes a 5 user licence for RM Easiteach Studio™ (First user + 4 x additional users).

Note: A site licence will allow you to install the software on all computers used in the school and on all computers used by teachers and pupils of that school. A primary school automatically qualifies for a site licence when they have 25 licences.

Note: RM Easiteach Studio™ must be installed on a computer for any of the subject specific tools or content packs to work. RM refers to the subject tools and content packs as 'plug-ins'.

RM Easiteach Maths

Easiteach Maths gives you all the familiar Maths resources at your fingertips – number lines, number grids, place value cards, graphs and includes an interactive function machine – making lesson preparation quick and easy.

The Easiteach Maths Content Pack contains over 400 Maths activities, including references, learning objectives, lesson plans, key vocabulary, ideas for extending the activities and notes for plenary sessions.

RM Easiteach Literacy

Easiteach Literacy plugs straight into Easiteach Studio and does for reading and writing what Easiteach Maths does for numeracy. It gives you the tools to create exciting, interactive lessons that engage the whole class. Working at word, sentence or whole text level, it also offers a Content Pack with ready-made lesson plans and a range of both fiction and non-fiction texts.

RM Easiteach Science

Easiteach Science plugs straight into Easiteach Studio and is made up of two elements:

• A simple to use, interactive teaching tool for whole-class teaching.
• A collection of ready-made activities, simulations, models and resources, matching curriculum topics from the National Curriculum and the 5-14 Guidelines (for 5 to 11 year olds) that you can use in your lessons.

The Easiteach Science Tools includes the following facilities:

• Links to electronic microscopes e.g. the Intel QX3
• Digital measuring devices designed to work with images captured from microscopes or cameras.
• A drawing facility to create concept maps, web diagrams lifecycles and food chains.
• A branching database
• Access to a range of scientific symbols, timers and stopwatches plus an extended calculator.

The Easiteach Science Content Pack includes:

• a variety of animated simulations and models,
• lessons with teaching notes,
• video clips and clipart.

RM Easiteach Games

Easiteach Games is a content Pack for Easiteach Studio, which contains fourteen fun and educational games for Primary pupils. Students can test their general knowledge or practice their word, number and logic skills. The games can be used as rewards, during wet playtimes or as mental starters. Some of the games allow teachers to create their own content, which can be saved and re-used. The games can be played on interactive whiteboards or desktop computers with the whole class, groups of pupils or individuals.

RM Easiteach Geography

Easiteach Geography provides an additional set of tools that are designed to specifically support the teaching of geography for both Primary and Secondary age pupils.

The tools include:

• Grid overlays
• A Grid Reference Reader to display the co-ordinates of points on the Grid.
• Compass Rose and Map Builder tools to help create new maps using either pictorial or standard symbol images.
• Navigator tool to enable pupils to explore directions, routes and journeys by moving around maps.
• Scale rulers and Distometer tools for measuring distances on maps or plans.

The Easiteach Geography Content Pack provides:

RM Easiteach EAL

Easiteach EAL Content Pack comprises a wide range of contextually rich content, designed specifically to support the teaching of academic language to pupils for whom English is an additional language. Developed to support both mainstream and EAL teachers, the interactive materials use an innovative, engaging approach to release pupils' potential, so that they can benefit fully from their education. The Easiteach EAL content pack consists of over 90 whole class teaching activities, many of which have been created in partnership with Hounslow Language Service and is organised into the three strands of the core curriculum. Resources are provided to teach Science, Maths and English objectives, placing particular emphasis on language development within these contexts. In all three strands, attention has been given to the transition topics from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 3 and will be of benefit to pupils in mainstream lessons and EAL group work. The Easiteach EAL Content Pack also contains a Word Bank that can be accessed from any activity and is also available if you choose to create your own activities. The Word Bank is split into Literacy, Science and Mathematics areas, which include key vocabulary identified by the national curriculum.

RM Easiteach Animated Books

Easiteach Animated Books is a Content Pack for Easiteach Studio. It provides high quality and totally original teaching and learning materials designed by Hamilton Reading Project. Produced with teachers, the resources support interactive, whole-class teaching using stimulating animations with related creative activities. Two versions of the pack are available, one for Foundation and Key Stage 1, and the other for Key Stage 2. The packs each contain 21 books comprising a variety of Animated Tales, Animated Poems and Animated Facts. The Tales/ Poems are beautifully illustrated with original artwork to combine the best of picture-book art with lively detailed animations and interactive activities specifically designed to fit the content and style of each text. The Facts offer the classic features of different non-fiction texts within an animated and interactive context. The materials link directly to weekly plans, accompanying pupil activity sheets, poster books, teacher notes and additional materials to make this a truly content-rich set of resources. The packs can be purchased separately or together as a 'bundle' at a reduced price.

RM Easiteach Early Steps

Easiteach Early Steps in Literacy is a Content pack for Easiteach Studio and is designed for use in Reception and Key Stage 1. The main focus of the pack is to provide teaching resources to encourage the development of phonics skills, and the materials include support for key phonics schemes. The pack also provides a range of additional cross curricular materials on popular topics and themes. The pack comprises:

• 10 Illustrated nursery rhymes and related activities.
• In excess of 150 whole class teaching files on phonics development, including support for the phonics progression suggested by the Progression in Phonics scheme, including its 2004 revision, Jolly Phonics and Code Breakers schemes. The files can be used as provided, or fine-tuned and adapted to meet specific teaching and/or learning focus.
• 8 Interactive activities from the popular Big Bus range of materials.
• A series of games including 'Phonic Football', 'Feed the Dragon', 'Word search Creator and Player' and 'Word Wall' to support phonics activity in a whole class or group teaching environment.
• 20 whole class teaching files on popular Reception and KS1 themes, such as 'You and Me' and 'Odd one out'.
• A selection of clipart for teachers to use in their own materials, and which has been commissioned specifically to support pupils in this age group.
