WebQuests in History

A WebQuest is an inquiry-oriented research task to motivate students using the Internet. Students work together to solve a problem, task, or create a presentation, leaflet or mini website. WebQuests provide links to resources and steps that support students working on the task.

The keypoints to webquests are that they motivate students, enhances differentiated learning, prompts thematic instruction, and are a tool for authentic assessment. Teachers and students can create WebQuest.
