Adding a message to a greetings
card
Children form a sentence from a grid, and find their own name to add
at the end.
These grids help children write a message
to be printed and stuck inside a greetings card.
Children write the sentence, then find their name by clicking
the cell for their table colour.
To provide some progression from Christmas
to Easter, this grid requires the children to select individual
words in the right order.
They also need to return to this grid after
they have written their name and put in a new line (by pressing
Enter), before they add the kisses!
How to make this grid yourself
