The Action Settings box appears. Click
next to Hyperlink to: Click the list button to see the list of options.
If you select Slide. you'll see a numbered list of all your slides with
a very helpful thumbnail view.
It's a good idea to repress mouse clicks,
so that children can't advance the slide by clicking anywhere. Click
Slide Show - Slide Transition. Click to remove the tick adjacent to
On mouse click. Then click Apply.
The colours of action buttons are determined
by the colour scheme. To make changes, click Format - Slide Color Scheme.
To make changes to single features, click the Custom tab.
Linking text and pictures
It's possible to make any object (a text box, or a picture) link directly
to another slide, in much the same way. To create an action setting,
select the object by clicking once. If it's a text box, click just after
- not on - the text. Make sure that the surrounding frame is 'dotty':

If you click on the text itself, the
text (rather than the text box) will be linked, resulting in change
of colour and underlining (like on a Web page). Click Slide Show - Action
Settings. Just as before, create a hyperlink to another slide.
