Direct2U Lesson Plan
The children investigate how the nature of the running surface affects the
distance travelled by toy cars released from the top of a ramp. They enter their
results into a computer graphing program and present them as a bar chart to help
them analyse the result and aid explanation. An on-line activity from the BBC
Science Clips website is used to consolidate the work.
